“Both the Russians, and the Chinese often use technology that had already been used in the West. However, we should not copy the products created abroad, but strive to create high-quality, high-tech, innovative products,” noted the head of the region.
According to Vasily Bochkarev, only the use of the latest technologies in the development of products makes the future.
“If we simply repeat what was created overseas, we shall lag behind the West forever. You cannot invest our money and time copying other people's developments,” the Governor concluded.
Inter-regional Youth Forum “Penza region — the territory of success” with about 350 participants started in Penza on Thursday, September 27.
The main objectives of the event are the involvement of young people in innovative and business activities, exchange of work experience with the youth, and the formation of inter-business cooperation.
