Kuznetsk, 27 September 2012. PenzaNews. The Head of Kuznetsk, the Penza region Sergey Zlatogorsky signed a decree about the beginning of the heating season.

According to the press service of the City Hall, the first to receive the central heating supply will be medical and educational institutions of the city.

“Beginning with September 26, the heating is on in the city hospital, children's hospital, kindergartens and schools,” explained the press service.

The administration of the city added that the heating will be supplied to the residential houses as soon as average daily temperature is +8C for no less than five days.
