Penza, 20 November 2012. PenzaNews. The road from Stroiteley Ave to micro district “Arbekovskaya Zastava” will be built in Penza within the program “Promotion of Housing Construction.”

According to the Deputy Head of the city administration Yevgeny Ryzhov, a strip of over 1 km long will consist of six lanes, separated by the grass plot and pedestrian sidewalks.

“The project stipulates four public transport stations, as well as the ring road. Till the end of the year we plan to put in operation half of the road, that is, three full lanes,” he said.

According to the press service of the City Hall, now the question under discussion is whether to prolong the existing routes or plan the new ones.
