Penza, 7 November 2013. PenzaNews. Tariffs for heat energy will grow in Penza region from 1 July 2014 by 5,9 % on average. This was reported to news agency PenzaNews by the press service of the office of tariffs and power saving regulation in the region on Thursday, November 7.

“The Board of the Federal Tariff Service of Russia made a decision to approve the threshold maximum levels of tariffs for heat energy, produced by heating supply companies to consumers, on average, in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in 2014 according to the calendar breakdown. All the calculations were made in accordance with macroeconomic indicators of the forecast for the socio-economic development of the country in 2014 and in the planning period of 2015–2016,” the Ministry explained.

It was added that in the first half of the next year the level of tariffs for heat supply services would not change in relation to the second half of the current year.
