Penza, 29 August 2014. PenzaNews. Head of the region explained that the video series should show not only what each school is rich in, including sports facilities, libraries, and dining rooms, but also give reviews of directors, teachers and students.

“We will be able to see the state of affairs in each school: whether it requires repairs, and whether the reports of head of the administration, area chief and the director are true. We will see the real situation,” Vasily Bochkarev told the journalists before the 20th regular session of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region of the fifth convocation on Friday, August 29.

He added that the project may be in demand in all regions of Russia.

“I suggested this project to my fellow governors,” Vasily Bochkarev said, explaining that, if implemented, the heads of the regions will be able to assess the condition of a particular school, regardless if it is located in the regional center or in a remote village.

“I think that in September, such video-library will appear on the website of the Ministry of Education,” the governor of the Penza region summed up.
