Penza, 17 October 2014. PenzaNews. Penza City Duma held a session of standing committee on town planning, land use and ownership on Friday, 17 October.

The deputies went through three questions. One of them was concerned with the transfer of a part of the building located on Volodarskogo Street, Penza, to the social organization assisting servicemen families “Soldier’s mother” for use free of charge.

Boris Panin, deputy chairman of the standing committee, asked Maria Pochevalova, head of municipal property administration of Penza who was reporting on this issue, about the condition of the premises.

“Can it be used as required? Any repairs or anything else that needs to be done?” Boris Panin inquired.

Maria Pochevalova assured that there is no need for such works.

The deputies also raised the issues related to commission of an apartment building in Arbekovo to municipal ownership, and about the changes to the City Duma operation draft.

The deputies voted for placing all the three issues for consideration during the next City Duma session, which is expected in late October.
