Penza, 5 November 2014. PenzaNews. The connection problems that have been inconveniencing Beeline users since Tuesday, November 4, have not been eradicated yet: the phone provider clients are still unable to call other mobile phones located within their in-home cell network or serviced by other operators.

As of November 5, 10.00 am, the official website of Beeline provides no information on the current technical issue.
However, operator representatives are quickly responding to their clients through social networks. The company’s official Twitter account gives some explanation for the problem.
“Dear clients! We have registered a connection breach in fiber optic network, several users may experience connection problems. Voicecalls/WWW access may be unusable in some cities of Volga, Central and South regions. Working on the problem and fixing it: expecting services back up soon. We apologize for the inconvenience,” said the company spokespersons on Twitter.
Afterwards, Beeline added that the optic fiber network breach took place due to unsanctioned construction works conducted by the parties unrelated to the company.
