As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the connection problems had been inconveniencing Beeline users in many parts of the country, including Penza city and the region, since Tuesday, November 4.
The phone provider clients were unable to call or receive calls from other mobile phones located within their in-home cell network or serviced by other operators.
The company professionals registered a cut in their fiber optic network: according to the preliminary data, it was caused by unsanctioned construction works conducted by the parties unrelated to the company.
