Penza, 20 November 2014. PenzaNews. A 26 year old Penza citizen has been sentenced for avoiding army draft.

As Lyudmila Fomina, Senior Assistant of the Head of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Penza, informed PenzaNews agency, the young adult failed to come to the regional military committee to be assigned to his position of service multiple times without any legal reasons for such action.

“Moreover, he received the orders personally from the officers of the draft committee,” she stressed.

According to Lyudmila Fomina, the court sentenced the young adult to a 40,000 ruble fine.
