Penza, 29 December 2014. PenzaNews. Penza urban amenities companies failed to clean their territories from snow, said Yuri Ilyin, deputy head of the city administration.

“Snow issue was poorly handled by amenities, each company now has its urban amenity department supervisor and administrative officer,” he twitted on Monday, December 29.

Yuri Ilyin also added that 83 snow-cleaning machines owned by “Penzadormost” enterprise went out on the streets that night to combat the unrelenting snowfall that lasted almost 24 hours.

“Drivers, please do not leave cars parked by streets. This blocks the snowcleaners very much,” wrote the vice-head of the city government.
