“We found out during the audit that LLC ‘Lotos’ did not equip the parking lot by the trade center ‘Imperia’ on Moskovskaya street with special locations for cars and other means of transportation for disabled people,” Yuliya Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the region in Media Relations told PenzaNews agency.

According to her, LLC “Lotus” and its general director will face administrative violation cases under Art. 5.43 of the Administrative Code, titled “Violating law requirements for providing special parking places for disabled people transportation means on car parking lots (stops).”

“The cases have been addressed to the court,” said the agency interlocutor.
