Last weeks saw an increase in numbers of advertisements offering Penza companies to rent buildings and offices. Windows of formerly occupied commercial areas now feature “Renting” advertising. The experts think this change was caused by internal optimization of many companies that try to adapt to new economic reality and stay afloat in the year of 2015.

According to top managers of several regional companies, present times require the companies to thoughtfully cutt off unnecessary expenses, such as rented equipment and offices, brace themselves and steady on through both the crisis and its aftermath.

Nevertheless, there were no news about massive job cuts or bankrupt companies in Penza. However, cases where people were fired to tighten up the staff, had their salaries and bonuses cut, as well as transportation and mobile expense compensations revoked, can be seen from time to time.
