The 2015 plans include similar repairs for 91.5 km of R208 “Tambov–Penza” and M5 “Ural” highways.

The roadmap also includes repairs for a R158 “Nizhny Novgorod–Arzamas–Saransk–Issa–Penza–Saratov” highway section in the Penza region.

During the meeting, Vasily Bochkarev told about the project of a “Penza City Eastern Bypass” highway that would allow to divert transport coming from south and south-east away from the city center.
