Penza, 4 March 2015. PenzaNews. Alexander Elatontsev, former acting head of the Internal Policy and Mass Communications Department of the Penza region, has been appointed full lead of his entity, the governor Vasily Bochkarev wrote in his Twitter on Wednesday, March 4.

According to the head of the region, the required order has already been signed.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Alexander Elatontsev was appointed acting head of the Internal Policy and Mass Communications Department of the Penza region in mid-January 2015.
