Penza, 24 March 2015. PenzaNews. The Federation Council included the issue of early power termination for Lyubov Glebova, representative of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region, in the agenda of the 370th meeting of the upper house of Russian parliament scheduled on Wednesday, March 25.

Vadim Tyulpanov, chairman of the Federation Council on Rules and Organization of parliamentary activity, was assigned as the speaker on this matter.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Lyubov Glebova was elected representative of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, on October 22, 2012.

On March 23, 2015, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree that appointed Lyubov Glebova head of Rossotrudnichestvo.

Before, the Federal Agency for CIS Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian Cooperation was headed by Konstantin Kosachev, who is currently heading the International Committee of the Federation Council.
