Penza, 1 April 2015. PenzaNews. The local agricultural fair situated in front of the government of the Penza region has ceased its operation, after months of working made it one of the essential elements of the Lenin square.

As of now, the Kirova street features the sign “Pedestrian zone,” that has replaced the “Parking lot” sign present a week ago.

However, drivers continue to park their vehicles on the square, mainly close to trading center “Imperia” and the hotel “Russia.”

Those drivers who habitually drive through the square, ignoring the new sign, are addressed by a traffic police officer, who politely points out the changes and asks to relocate the car.
