Olga Krovyakova-Grigoryeva, an “Echo Penzy” radio show host, has commented the news on the decision to stop the broadcasting of “Svoe Radio” station, a part of TRBC “Express.” In her opinion, the present turmoil inside the media group is much toughter than four years ago, when the management had undergone its first change since the year of 2003.

“This is happening again. In April 2011, my radio station was on a shaky ground without its editor-in-chief and most journalists. Now, four years later, the media group that we were had almost been forced to join is in an even larger turmoil. Perhaps the earlier experience allows ‘Echo’ staff to keep its cool. I wish my colleagues to keep their heads up and remain bright,” the radio show host wrote on her VK page.

Earlier, the media published the news that “Sobytiya Nedeli” [Events of the Week], a weekly news and analysis TV show on “Express” TV channel, has been shut down. Its working group of author and show host Dmitry Inyushkin, camera operator Alexander Zherebtsov and video editor Mikhail Struyev said their goodbye to the show audience last week.

On Wednesday, April 1, the Twitter account of “Sobytiya Nedeli” TV show has published a message saying a TV show host Natalya Stetsenko has left the TV channel.

Several staff members left the media group in the spring of 2015 on various accounts. Among them was Sergei Yelistratov, who had been working as the programming director and performing the main schedule organization duties at the TV channel for years.
