Penza, 15 April 2015. PenzaNews. Pavel Polosin, editor-in-chief of “PenzaNew” agency and the undisputed leader of the editorial board since its foundation, was awarded a diploma of the Penza region Legislative Assembly on his 30th anniversary he celebrates on Wednesday, April 15.

Marina Timokhina, spokesperson of the Legislative Assembly, presented him the award for years of hard work and great contribution to promotion of legal culture for the regional residents, on behalf of the regional parliament speaker and the Secretary of the Penza branch of United Russia Party Ivan Belozertsev.
She also presented Pavel Polosin a lapel badge, an award statement of the Penza region Legislative Assembly chairman, and a valuable gift.
Marina Timokhina thanked not only the PenzaNews agency editor-in-chief and the entire creative team for their hard and impartial work, wished them further successes, strength and perseverance in their tough job as a media source.
Earlier, PenzaNews chief editor Pavel Polosin received congratulations on his 30th anniversary from the vice governor of the Penza region Viktor Rubtsov; the chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly Ivan Belozetsev; the Penza mayor Yuri Krivov; the deputy City Duma chairman Roman Petrukhin; the head of the regional election committee Nikolai Taktarov; representatives of the United Russia Party and the Communist Party; members of social organizations; and other public persons.
The Honorary Diploma of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region is usually presented on anniversaries to citizens and organizations for active participation in legislative activities and civil life, protection and enforcement of the rights and freedoms of citizens, help for stability improvement of state and local authorities, and significant contribution to social and economic development of the Penza region.
In accordance with the order of the regional Legislative Assembly chairman, the honoree also receives a lapel badge shaped like a stylized coat of arms of the Penza region, and a valuable gift (souvenir) no more than 3,000 rubles in value.
