Penza, 18 May 2015. PenzaNews. 637 children were born in families with three or more kids in the Penza region in April-May 2015.

“This is 11 newborn more than in the same period of 2014,” the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demographics of the Penza region informed PenzaNews agency.

Overall, according to the officials, 4,094 children were born in families with many children in the region since April 2013.

“96 million rubles, including 38,700,000 rubles from the federal budget, was used for paying 3,552 people a monthly allowance for the birth of a third and subsequent child of 6,541 rubles,” the Ministry clarified.
