“Dear officials, judges, prosecutors and other big people! Every one of you has a lot of things in your cabinets that you don’t need: paintings, statues, books, dolls, portraits, flags. What if you give it all away for a charity lottery that will take place on June 12 during the ‘Dobraya Penza’ festival? If you fear unwanted publicity, you can donate them anonymously,” he wrote in his Facebook account on Monday, May 18.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the festival was first held in 2011. Its organizers aim to spread the word about the civil organizations of the city and their actions for the population.

Over 60 civil organizations and city communities took part in “Dobraya Penza” in 2014.
