Penza, 22 May 2015. PenzaNews. The traffic police officers have registered over 410 violations committed by motorcycle drivers in the Penza region this motorcycle season.

The incidence rate grew by 20% compared to the last year’s levels, and 148 cases are related to drinking and driving, the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“Due to this, the Penza traffic police will be taking additional measures to rectify the violations. The mobile police dispatches will be conducting incognito monitoring of motorcycle drivers from unmarked cars, and making daily raids against traffic rules violators,“ the officials said.
