The issue will be discussed during the August 11 session of the regional Legislative Assembly.
The suggestion to reward Kamil Devlikamov with this status “for special merits to the Penza region and its population in economy, social and cultural areas” originated from the Kamenka area administration.
Earlier, a similar suggestion had been provided by the company’s staff.
The “Kuvaka” staff general meeting protocol received by PenzaNews agency notes that Kamil Devlikamov is the founder of the company and has been its director since July 2003.
He personally led the upgrade process for the company’s equipment such as bottle forming mechanism, “Standard-plus” thermal tunnel machines, bottle-filling tech, a new “Airpole” compressor station, as well as a new mineral water packaging line, all resulting in increased yield of eco-safe production.
The company works on improving labor conditions, education and work ethics. The company never held any layoffs and continued to educate and invite new professionals. All areas and production zones are built with medical areas for examination and treatment.
