Penza, 31 July 2015. PenzaNews. The acting governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev and the general director of “T Plus” Boris Vaynsikher discussed preparation for the upcoming heating season in the regional government hall on Friday, July 31.

They touched upon the issues of debt management for “Teplosnabzheniye” and potential for a united heating company.

They also reviewed possible ways of cooperation in heating.

“The measures to prepare the region for the autumn and winter season is fully underway. We must develop the plan to coordinate actions of energy companies and local municipality to provide stable heating and power to citizens,” Ivan Belozertsev said.

The head of the region stressed that the heating and power issues are closely monitored by the Penza region government.

In his turn, Boris Vaynzikher pointed out the issue with bills-paying discipline that became particularly urgent in the current economic situation.

During the meeting, Ivan Belozertsev also met with Alexander Suslov, the new director of the Penza branch for “T Plus” appointed on July 17, 2015, the press service of the regional government informed PenzaNews agency.
