Penza, 9 October 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city head Victor Kuvaytsev became a grandfather for the third time, as a baby boy was born into the family of his son Andrei on Thursday, October 8.

The boy is yet to receive his name, an anonymous source acquainted with the city head told PenzaNews agency.

Victor Kuvaytsev already has two granddaughters – Sofya from his eldest son, who is currently attending the fourth class of the Penza cadet school No. 70, and Darya from the youngest son Alexey, who was born a year ago.

According to the source, Victor Kuvaytsev is currently on vacation outside the Penza region, but it is likely he as already seen his third grandchild thanks to modern web technologies.
