“The off-road vehicle will be awarded to the person who amasses the most bonus points in the Volga Federal District between January 1 and November 30, 2015. It will be chosen from one of the 12 regions of the district: the Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Samara, Saratov or Ulyanovsk regions, Mariy El, Mordovia, Tatarstan, Udmurtiya or Chuvashiya. The award ceremony will be held in December in the winner’s region,” the press service of the Penza branch for Rostelecom told PenzaNews agency.

Along with the grand prize, Rostelecom will award the most active contestants with certificates for holidays at resorts in the Krasnodar Krai, the company added.

“They will be given to our clients in other 11 regions in question that have the most bonus points in their region,” the press service explained.

According to Marat Dolgoarshinnykh, mass segment management director of the Volga macroregional branch of Rostelecom, potential winners of the grand prize can be found in the Orenburg and Nizhny Novgorod regions, as well as Udmurtiya, where some clients amassed over 5,000 points.

“All our clients in the Volga Federal District can join in the race for the first place and the grand prize in the bonus program. Every contestant will have an opportunity to boost their bonus point count until the end of November,” he stressed.
