Penza, 26 October 2015. PenzaNews. Alexander Plusch, former head of the Penza Artillery Engineering Institute, took over as the chief of “Selskaya Zdravnitsa” company.

In the past, this office for several years had been under control of Mikhail Taktaev, whose term in this position brought numerous awards and prizes at various contests for sanatoriums and health resorts controlled by the company.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Alexander Plusch retired this summer, and received the order “For Merit to the Penza Region” of the 2nd degree on June 29.
