Penza choreographer Shamil Khabeev passes away

Penza, 2 November 2015. PenzaNews. Shamil Khabeev, Distinguished Worker of Culture of Russia, choreograph, winner of the regional extracurricular education teaching contest, has passed away on Sunday, November 1. In summer, he was diagnosed with brain tumor.

The crowdfunding campaign for him has closed.

The time and place of the farewell ceremony is yet to be announced.

His supporters created a VK.com group to crowdfund a medical treatment course abroad.

Several charity concerts took place in Penza to support Shamil Khabeev. One of them took place in the regional Dance Art Center on October 5.
