Over 60% Penza MegaFon customers frequently use personal area service
Penza, 12 November 2015. PenzaNews. The amount of MegaFon users in the Penza region who are frequently using the mobile provider’s personal area service has increased up to nearly 60% from the start of 2015.

The service, also available as a standalone mobile app, allows to easily change billing plans, configure various options, receive reports on billing and payments, exchange bonus points for rewards, refill account and perform other functions.
“More often than not, Penza clients use the personal area service to manage offers and options, control their expenses and used traffic, activate MegaFon-Bonus points,” Alexei Bryukhachev, director of the Penza office of MegaFon, commented for PenzaNews agency.
The service makes solving issues much faster, with easy and convenient navigation, he stressed.
According to MegaFon, the Penza region users make nearly 13,000 requests daily through the private area service, it being available from any mobile devices such as laptops, computers, smartphones and tablets, with a user’s login and password.
The private area can be accessed from the MegaFon website, or through standalone GooglePlay and AppStore applications.
