Penza, 12 November 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza authorities will be imposing new limitations on heavy transport traffic in the city from December 3, 2015, which will last until March 31, 2016.

During the designated period, any trucks over 10 meters long, including trailer trucks, will be forbidden from traversing through the city between 7.00 and 20.00 of Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, the press service of the city administration told PenzaNews agency.

“These limitations do not cover regular transportation vehicles carrying passengers, fuel, and goods for natural calamities and other emergencies,” the officials explained.

According to the press service, construction-purpose vehicles or trucks carrying goods scheduled for train shipment will be able to traverse the city after obtaining a permit in the Penza Communal Service Department.
