Penza, 19 November 2015. PenzaNews. The metal carcass of the main New Year tree in Penza city will be complete on Fontannaya square by the end of this week.

The tree will be decorated at a later time, say representatives of “Zelenoe Khozyaystvo Goroda Penzy.”

Due to a warm forecast and a potential spell of rainy weather in the next few days, the decoration process will begin in mid-December.

Overall, there will be six New Year trees installed on Penza city streets in several different neighborhood areas.
