Penza, 4 February 2016. PenzaNews. A total of 26 orphans received keys to new flats in the Penza area of the Penza region.

The presentation ceremony took place on Wednesday, February 3, the press service of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Demography told PenzaNews agency.

“Overall, the Penza region plans to provide housing to 318 orphans in 2016. Currently, 35 of the people in this category already received their flats,” they clarified.
