Penza, 29 February 2016. PenzaNews. The street TV service 1 Street TV began broadcasting socially-oriented short clips that remind Penza citizens to pay their debts.

The video clips are shown every 12 minutes on four video screens, located by “Retail Park,” “KaGau” and “Moy Dom” shopping centers, as well as on Pobedy prospekt by the Military and Labor Valor Monument, the official representative of the FSCB in the region Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.

“The video clips feature the phone number of the information service where any person can receive consultation on current debt proceedings and limitations introduced against them. They also contain the links to the online database of court proceedings. The main objective is to make people learn to know about their current debts on their own,” she explained.

Although the video clips are short, they nevertheless attract the attention of the passers-by thanks to their color gamma and easy-to-grasp presentation of information, she pointed out.
