Alexander Akimov, first assistant general director of the research and development company “NIIEMP,” addressed a request to the Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev for the option to use the two land plots adjacent to the organization to set up parking lots for the staff.

During the meeting with businessmen held by the mayor on Wednesday, March 30, Alexander Akimov informed him that currently the personnel park their cars in nearby yards of apartment buildings, causing outrage of the people living there.

He also added that “NIIEMP” is ready to work on improvement of the public garden on Karakozova street: plant new bushes and trees, set up wooden seats and clean the territory.

Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his support for the initiative.

According to the mayor, the public garden in question is currently on service by the municipal enterprise “Green Property of Penza City,” and the care by “NIIEMP” would reduce the burden on the budget, says the press service of the Penza city administration.
