Penza, 4 April 2016. PenzaNews. A five-month-old cougar cub has joined the Penza zoo.

The young animal has arrived from the Saransk zoo.

Penza managed to procure the cub thanks to cooperation with the company “KroMa,” which will also be caring after the animal and helping with the ukpee.

In addition, the “KroMa” staff were given an opportunity to name the cub: they chose to name her Athena.

At the moment, the cougar lives in a spacious enclosure: she eagerly plays with people, allows them to pet her, and does not object to wearing a harness, says the website of the Penza zoo.
