Penza, 4 April 2016. PenzaNews. The federal Musical Journal has published a three-page article about the Penza children’s musical school No. 2.

The article was written by the school’s director Oksana Matveeva.

Titled “Penza children’s musical school No. 2 – Agemate of the Great Victory,” it describes the history of the institution and its expansion into various fields of education.

Also, the article describes the contribution to the school’s development by its former directors,and the emergence of new creative groups and ensembles on its grounds.

“Today, the children’s musical school No. 2 is the largest in the city. At the moment, it has 845 students. The school holds a variety of festivals and contests, such as ‘Musical Kaleidoscope,’ ‘Musical Snowdrop,’ ‘Sura Winter,’ ‘To the Rhythm of the Soul.’ Many school students become laureates and award winners of international, Russian, regional, area and city festivals and contests,” the press service of the Penza city administration informed PenzaNews.
