“For all these long years, the man payed alimony only three times, when court bailiffs instructed to withhold the money from his salary,” the official representative of the FSCB in the region Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.
After getting leaving his job, the man in question escaped the court bailiffs for a long time and provided no documents on his income, causing them to add him to the wanted list, she pointed out.
“It was then when they found out that the man has a flat to his name that he got as inheritance. The debtor himself was found soon after, and brought to the bailiffs to present him the documents, where he learned that the debt exceeded 1 million rubles and the property was due to be foreclosed. Because of that, he decided to find an opportunity to pay the debt and took several days to search for the money,” she clarified.
According to Yana Zagrebelnaya, the man brought the necessary sum in cash to the Pervomaisky city area bailiff court.
“The bailiffs closed the court proceedings, as the demands have been fulfilled,” she stressed.
