“It was established that ‘Sigma’ as a real estate subcontractor of the perinatal center for 130 patients located in Penza, Lermontova street, 28, employed 7 Ukrainian citizens without patents as general construction workers for internal wall decoration of the mess hall in late 2015,” Natalya Bychenkova, press secretary of the Penza region court, informed PenzaNews.
The lawyer of “Sigma” requested to cancel the case by claiming that the actions of the legal entity do not constitute a significant administrative violation, she added.
“After analyzing the case materials, the court concluded that the construction company is guilty of an administrative violation. ‘Sigma’ was subjected to a fine of 125,000 rubles for each of the 7 violations, for a total fine of 875,000 rubles,” she pointed out.
The representative of the legal entity submitted a series of complaints, which were dismissed by the regional court judge.
