Reportedly, during the event, Igor Fatov, chairman of the central monitoring committee of the Russian Youth Union, member of the expert board for the Russian Federation Council committee on Constitutional legislation and state construction, will present a report “Presidential Grants for 2016: New Elements and Features.”

During the seminar, representatives of NCOs will be able to learn more about the upcoming regional contest for non-commercial projects.
