During the summary of the monthly city improvement campaign discussed at the city administration meeting, the Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev pointed out that the cleaning measures are undertaken at the orders of the Penza region governor Ivan Belozertsev.

In particular, these measures will include planting new trees in Zarya, limewashing the old ones, and cleaning the streets.

Reportedly, the Friday cleaning measures will involve officials from the city administration and the Penza region government, says the press service of the city hall.
