Penza, 5 May 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza authorities have approved a number of new “no waiting” sections on the city roads, where stopping will be prohibited and violators will be towed.

The new measures are introduced to prevent any traffic jams and obstructions during the street cleaning, says the website of the Penza city administration.

The new “no waiting” sections will appear across the apartment building No. 1 on Minskaya street, as well as by the buildings No. 10, 12 and 14 on Staro-Cherkasskaya street.
