“The court bailiffs attempted different measures since 2007 to make him pay the alimony: frequent criminal cases, compulsory community service, simple appeals to conscience – all to no avail. Not a single ruble over the past years,” the official representative of the FSCB in the region Yana Zagrebelnaya told PenzaNews.
