Penza, 14 June 2016. PenzaNews. Around third of Penza region citizens spend under 5,000 rubles per month on food, according to the PenzaNews website poll held on 30 May – 13 June 2016, which received votes from 351 users (including 244 from Penza and the region).

Over 17% voters reported spending 5,000-6,000 rubles per month, while a tenth of representatives from the regional population said they spend 6,000-7,000 rubles on it monthly.

Moreover, 8% gave their votes for 7,000-8,000 rubles, around 5% – 8,000-9,000 rubles, and over 7% – for 9,000-10,000 rubles.

In addition, more than 20% of the vote said they spend over 10,000 rubles on food every month.

The result of this poll’s vote corresponds to the previous PenzaNews website poll, according to which the average income of over a half of Penza citizens is under the average salary level.
