Penza, 12 July 2016. PenzaNews. The famous Penza entrepreneur Boris Faykin passed away in Israel after a long illness at the age of 77 on Monday, July 11.

In the beginning of the 1990s, Boris Faykin was one of the most prominent and influential representatives of the Penza business. He was actively engaged in public activities and supported the Jewish community of the city.

Boris Faykin is known as the founder of “Elcom” brand, the leader of one of Vasily Bochkarev’s support groups at the election of the head of the Penza region in April, 1998.

Later, he had to immigrate to Israel where he continued business activities. Boris Faykin is the owner of a number of Russian-speaking Internet resources, including the major information project “Israel News.”

Lately he lived in Rishon LeZion  – a city located in the coastal zone of the Mediterranean Sea in the center of Israel, not far from Tel Aviv.

According to the information available to the news agency PenzaNews, the funeral of Boris Faykin will take place at the Givat Brenner cemetery near the city of Rehovot on Wednesday, July 13, at 14.00.
