Selling matches and fire liquid to children suggested to be banned in Penza

Penza, 12 July 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza region Investigative Committee branch addressed the Legislative Assembly of the region with the offer to consider banning to sell matches, lighters and flammable liquids to minors. The head of the regional Investigative Committee branch, Lieutenant General of Justice OIeg Troshin reported on it.

“We are investigating two criminal cases of, shall we say, fire settling by minors. This situation gave us an idea that now matches, lighters and flammable liquids are easily available to non-adults,” he noted during the press conference held on Tuesday, July 12.

Oleg Troshin added that the committee representatives advocate banning the sale of these items by analogy with alcohol.
