During the meeting held on Monday, July 25, the city administration head paid particular attention to the problem of fences outlining certain fairs and a number of standalone kiosks that get installed on the city’s frontage lines.
“I believe that all Penza citizens will agree with me that we must ensure that any and all buildings and constructions – small or big installations, movable or permanent – serve to improve the outlook of our city,” Victor Kuvaytsev stressed.
Moreover, the mayor instructed Olga Zhovtyak, acting head of the Department of Assistance to Small and Medium Enterprises, to develop a roadmap for outlining a set of rules and regulations for kiosks and bus stop combinations on city-wide main frontage lines, says the press service of the city hall.
