Nikolsk area ex-head Mikhail Kuznetsov passes away
Penza, 25 July 2016. PenzaNews. The former head of the Nikolsk area of the Penza region Mikhail Kuznetsov, 65, has passed away after a long fight with an illness on Monday, July 25.

Mikhail Kuznetsov’s funeral visitation will be taking place on Wednesday, July 27, the head of the procedural. staff and supervision department for the Nikolsk area administration Dmitry Frolov informed PenzaNews.
“It will be held in Nikolsk on Ushakova street, 3 – the house where he lived,” he added.
The funeral visitation will begin at 10.00, he added.
The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev expressed his condolences in Twitter.
“My sincerest condolences to relatives and friends of the great man,” he wrote.
Mikhail Kuznetsov was born on 15 November 1950 in Staraya Selya village in the Nikolsk area of the Penza region.
His first place of work was the Nikolsk area collective farm “Krasny Voskhod,” which he joined as a regular engineer in July 1973. Later, he was promoted to the head engineer.
In May 1978, Mikhail Kuznetsov was elected chairman of the Nikolsk area collective farm “Pobeda.”
He managed the enterprise “Rosselkhoztekhnika” since January 1986, and was appointed the first assistant chairman in mechanization of the Nikolsk area agricultural union in April of the same year.
In July 1998, Mikhail Kuznetsov became the deputy administration head of the Nikolsk area, where he managed the Agriculture and Food Supply Department.
In January 2003, he headed the local department of Rosgosstrakh-Povolzhye insurance company.
From May 2005 to August 2013, Mikhail Kuznetsov worked as the head of the Nikolsk area administration.
He passed away on July 25, at the age of 65.
