Penza, 26 July 2016. PenzaNews. 245 Penza region children left without parents will be receiving their own flats in 2016, the regional office of the children’s plenipotentiary informed PenzaNews.

“The queue is 1,119 persons long as of July 25, and 574 of them are eligible due to becoming 18 years or older. In the current year, 327 persons will be receiving their own flats, and 82 already have them as of now,” they explained.

According to the current information, the court bailiffs currently work on 44 related processes, including 31 already completed and 13 more delayed due to upcoming end of construction and final procedures related to fully opening up new apartment buildings.
