Penza, 29 July 2016. PenzaNews. A third of the Penza region citizens are making savings to buy an apartment or a landplot, or consider doing so once they have the opportunity, according to the PenzaNews website poll held on 14-28 July 2016, which received votes from 202 users, including 155 from Penza and the region.

Over 18% of the voters are saving money for rest and recreation, just above 10% plan to buy a car, and around 9% save for medical treatment.

The least popular option for savings with the Penza region citizens – 3.76% – is education.

At the same time, over 14% of the voters save money for other purposes, while 7.52% see no meaning in making savings.

Moreover, 3.75% of the poll struggled to reply.
