Penza, 16 January 2017. PenzaNews. The arbitration court of the Penza region postponed for a week consideration of the application on the exaction of almost 200,000 rubles of court fees from Alexander Tuzov, who already paid 300,000 rubles to the rightholder LLC VolgaInterMedia for the illegal use of PenzaNews photos.

The reason for postponing the date of the hearing was the fact that the notary Igor Schebunyaev, who was supposed to provide the required explanation on his application of different tariffs when drawing up the protocol of the defendant's website examination, is currently on vacation.
As it was reported earlier, the application on the exaction of the court fees was submitted to the arbitration court at the end of November, 2016. Most of the costs are connected with the provision of documentary evidence – with drawing up 47 protocols of the Internet-resource examination. All of them were submitted to the court at the hearing of the Tuzov's case.
During the court sessions the claimant often drew the court’s attention to the fact that he could not influence the total sum of the lawyer services fee even though he asked about the possibility to be given a discount because of the greater volume.
