Penza, 18 January 2017. PenzaNews. The Ministry of Health of the Penza region initiated an online survey among residents on the issue of demography.

Everyone is welcome to answer the question on the office website: "What measures should be taken in order to contribute to the birth rate increase, and what in your opinion hinders fertility?"

The poll will be conducted until February 1. Any resident of the Penza region is allowed to take part in the survey irrespective of sex, age, nationality, and social status. The answer should be given in free format.

"It can be absolutely any wishes, remarks, comments, and of course suggestions expressed anonymously but on the topic. We ask residents to respond to our call and to take active part in censure of the serious issue. When the given time is over, all suggestions will be summed up and submitted to the Penza region government for managerial decision-making," the press service of the Ministry of Health says.
